Working Like a Dog

Working like a dog working all night & all day
Just trying to pay the bills, straighten out the mess I made
It don't matter how much I'll ever make
It'll never be enough I can't wait till I never get paid.

Flying like a bird flapping my wings all day
Swimming like a fish, treading all the water away
Spinning my wheels I'll never see the light of day
Just a working like a dog, working my life away

sometimes it feels like I'm chained to a wrecking ball
I can't seem to break the chain
I guess I'll just keep working like a dog

Breaking all these rocks, loading all this gravel all day
I'm glad I never went to school
I'd have to make a lot more money than me
